1. Who we are
Tech Transformations ("Tech Transformations," "we," "us," or "our") provides IT, data, and laboratory services and operates the website at tech-transformations.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
2. Information you choose to send us
The Site does not require an account and does not process payments. The "Start a project" form on the Site works through your own email application: when you submit it, it opens a pre-filled message in your email client, which you then send from your own email account. If you contact us this way (or email us directly), we receive the information you include — typically your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message.
We use that information to respond to your enquiry, evaluate and deliver services, and maintain our business records. We do not use it for automated marketing lists without your consent.
3. Information collected automatically
The Site is a static website served through Cloudflare. Like most websites, standard technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps — may be processed in hosting and security logs to operate the Site, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example, for bot protection). We do not run our own analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the Site.
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, which discloses your IP address to Google. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. Cloudflare's is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
4. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
- To provide, plan, and improve our services;
- To operate, secure, and maintain the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with: (a) service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting and email providers), under obligations appropriate to that role; (b) professional advisers; (c) authorities where required by law; and (d) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to maintain business records, and to meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of it, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email [email protected]; we will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a website of this kind — including HTTPS and modern security headers — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International visitors
We are based in the United States and the Site is hosted on infrastructure that may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your home country.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
